The Architectural Control Committee will provide assistance to the board in establishing and enforcing community living and architectural standards and in reviewing and deciding upon new construction or existing home architectural change requests.
Members of the Landscape Committee monitor the condition of landscaped common areas, including the irrigation system, trees, bushes, neighborhood entrances and the coordination of any special clean ups. This Committee also makes recommendations regarding the Association's annual budget for landscaping services and selects the Yard of the Month winner.
The Welcome & Social Committee welcomes new homeowners and organizes events and activities for residents. Past events and activities have included BBQ's, Neighborhood Yard Sales, Pumpkin Patch, etc.
The Website Committee will communicate useful information to the homeowners via our website. The committee will be responsible for maintaining and updating the association website.
