About Us

Located on the shores of Lake Ray Hubbard, Lakeside Village Estates is a 140 home community developed by Zena Corporation beginning in 1995. Plantation Homes began new home construction in 1996 with Legacy Homes constructing new homes in 1999. The square footage of the homes range between 2,100 to 3,200 square feet.  Lakeside Village Estates is governed by two taxing county authorities, the County of Dallas and the County of Rockwall as well as the City of Rowlett (because we are located in the County of Rockwall yet in the City of Rowlett).  One major advantage to this is that the school district for the community is Rockwall.

Located within equal distance of two major thoroughfares off of Dalrock Road, Lakeside Village Estates has easy access to I-30, I-90 and Hwy. 66 providing residents convenient avenues to work, local shops and grocery stores.

Lakeside Village Estates Homeowners Association (hereinafter referred to as LVE HOA) is a non-profit organization incorporated on April 13, 2000.  Pursuant to the Deed, Restrictions and Covenants on file with the County of Rockwall, membership to the homeowners association is mandatory for all property owners.  LVE HOA is governed by a volunteer board of directors consisting of property owners within Lakeside Village Estates serving for 3 year terms.  The board of directors oversees the annual budget for expenditures, including lawn service, landscaping, water and electricity to the common areas as well as repairs and upgrades of the privacy wall along Dalrock Road, architectural control committee issues and other various matters.  Social events for the neighborhood are organized by committees within LVE HOA.

From Dallas (Using Interstate 30):

Take I-30 East towards Rockwall. Exit Dalrock Road. Proceed on Dalrock Road heading North for approximately 1 ½ miles. Go through the traffic light at Miller Road. Turn Right onto Watersway Drive entering into our community.

From Dallas (Using Highway 66/Lakeview Parkway):

Proceed on Hwy. 66 towards Rockwall. Turn Right onto Dalrock Road. Proceed on Dalrock Road heading South for approximately 2 ½ miles. Turn Left onto Watersway Drive entering into our community.
